Was the Akure Explosion Caused by an Asteroid?
Although there had been reports earlier by The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - that an asteroid is poised to pass by Planet Earth.
However it was confirmed that the explosion was NOT caused by an Asteroid but a truck carry dynamites.
👉 Dynamites are a class of explosives used in mining and blasting
I have been briefed by the security chiefs that in the early hours of Saturday March 28th, a vehicle in a convoy transporting explosives to a storage facility in a neighbouring state developed a fault while in transit along the Akure Owo Road about 2km from the Akure Airport. pic.twitter.com/3EnmmQBd1E— Arakunrin Akeredolu (@RotimiAkeredolu) March 28, 2020
